Abstract

Soft tissue tumors comprise a large heterogeneous group of mesenchymal neoplasms that are classified according to their normal tissue counterpart. These tumors vary in their incidence, clinical presentation, and exhibit a wide range of histomorphological features. Histopathological examination is the gold standard for the diagnosis of soft tissue tumors. It helps to predict the prognosis and thereby helps in the proper management of the patient.
